Hello,

I have set up four custom fields in my configuration file.  The fields are available for me to input info in when I am uploading my photo but they do not display in the gallery.  Is there a setting that needs to be changed?  I'm using an unmodified Rainy Day template.

Thanks!

File information are visible by default

If that doesn't help, please post a link.

Hello,

Thank you.  Your suggestion worked.  One of the custom fields is a URL link to a product on my website.  In both admin and user modes the actual URL and hyperlink does not show up - only the coding.  Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks!

please post a direct link to an image with the url field.

Hello,

I found that the code only works when used in the actual description field.  For my customer fields I just typed the actual URL without the bracketed codes and it did create a link.  :)

I also realized that a way to get certain custom fields to not show up is to simply leave them blank.  This works for two categories that I have set up where in one I do want the "Buy Now" field and another category I don't want the "Buy Now" field.  However, I did see another Coppermine gallery that has no filename, album name, file size, dimensions and image URL fields displayed.  I would prefer not to have these fields in my file information section.  Is there a way to omit these non-custom fields?

Thanks!

Hello,

I searched and found some information that talks about editing "displayimage.php."  Where exactly is this done?  Do I log into my Control Panel for my website and launch the PHP program or can I open the file via my website file manager and edit it from there?  Is there an easier way?

Thanks!

Updated:  I used Notepad to open and edit the file.  Thanks
