I have installed phpbb and php nuke so yes. This is just a new db

I got it too work, new db created. I guess my other one did not want to work

I wish I could understand how this fix was done. How is the php file named and where does it go? I have a similar problem and have been trying for hours to find an answer and this is about as close as I have come yet.
