[filename_unavailable] Can't find a solution :(

I just downloaded and installed Coppermine version: 1.3.2. There are no problems besides that I always get these errors when trying to upload something:

Error Report
The following uploads encountered errors:
File Uploads:
File Name/URL   Error Message
2. filename_unavailable   File not uploaded by POST.
3. filename_unavailable   File not uploaded by POST.
4. filename_unavailable   File not uploaded by POST.
5. filename_unavailable   File not uploaded by POST.

Any idea how to get ride of that?
