Replace default media thumbnail with text?

I dont want it to show up as the default media thumbnail but as the name of the file instead. Is this something that needs to be changed in theme.php?

IC that no one knows or it is very obvious answer and dont feel like wasting time posting.

I have tried changing the size of the default thumbnail to 1x1 but it sticks out more than you think it would.
