Image File name in upload form

The first step of upload succeeded but in the second step, the preview doesn't show.
The preview image filename doesn't match the file I found in the edit folder.
http://192.168.1.1/gallery/albums/edit/preview_bc29ac9f.jpg is the name of the image in the form but in edit folder it is named mHTTP_temp_8ab26663.jpg
What's wrong?
