Cprm stops loading a jpeg further, after 65kb!

Hi there, i have a very annoying problem with Coppermine 1.3.2

First, my config:
Running all on Windows Server 2003...
Apache 2.0.53 with
PHP 4.3.10 and
MySQL 4.0.24

Whats happening...
Coppermine runs very well, nice and smooth. Nothing strange.
As long as you are checking out photos/jpegs under 65kb.

As soon as a hi res digicam photo pops up (by clicking on the thumbnail)
the jpeg is only loaded for the half of it. Its looks like if the page can only
load 65kb. If a picture is like 1mb, only the 1/20th of the picture is loaded.
If i tries to load a picture of 120kb the picture is only 1/2th loaded.

I looks like coppermine stops loading the jpeg further after 65kb and then fills the rest of the picture with grey... nothingness, or something!

65kb it is... Under it, no problems at all. Above it, a lot of shitload.
It doesnt makes any differents wich resolutions the picture is... 1600x1200 or 640x480...

Btw, i have edited and recompressed this photo, the original size was 75kb. I had to lower it down because of the webhost.

Can anyone help me with this problem, i cant find the solution after after a few hours of browsing this forum, googling, reading manuals and faqs... im getting very irritated by this problem, i hope that anyone here can help me further, to solve this problem
