Hi,

I was hoping someone can help I did some searching and could not find my exact resolution so I apologize in advanace if I missed it.

I can log into Coppermine and SMF.  But when I close down the web browser and start a new web browser, I can no longer access Coppermine, but I am still logged into the forums.  If I log out of the forums and log back into SMF, and then without closing the borwser go back to Coppermine it works fine.

Here is my website:

Here is direct url to forums:

Here is direct url to Coppermine:

You can use the following test id to test:

username :  test
password:  test

I am using mambo as my main web site, but it is not integrated with SMF or coppermine and dont plan on doing that at all.  Users cannot log into mambo.

In SMF I have Enable local storage of cookies turned on, and database sessions turned off.  The cookie name in SMF is SMFCookie10.

In Coppermine I have the cookie name set as cpg132,   with /  in the path of the cookies script.

Here is the settings I am using in my smf.inc.php file:

Quote/ Set this to the location of your Settings file:
$path = '../smf/Settings.php';

// Comment this out if you want to default user's group to 'Registered'
// rather than using Post Count based groups.
define('USE_POST_GROUPS', 1);

// Set the names of implied groups here
define('CM_ADMIN_GROUP_NAME', 'Administrators');
define('CM_MEMBERS_GROUP_NAME', 'Registered');
define('CM_GUEST_GROUP_NAME', 'Anonymous');
define('CM_BANNED_GROUP_NAME', 'Banned');
define('CM_GMOD_GROUP_NAME', 'Global Moderators');

Thank you in advance for any recommendations.

I just found out the solution.

I turned off local storage gof cookies, cleared my cookies, and now it seems to be saivng even when I close the browser, tested in firefox and IE.  Thanks all.
