Where is the Bridge How-To?

I've poured over both search engines, and looked through the documentation, but I don't see anything that tells me exactly what I am supposed to do with the vbulletin.inc.php file once I am done editing it.

Do I just leave it in the folder, and change an option somewhere?
Do I move it to a different location?
How do I activate/deactivate integration?

Any help would be appreciated, because right now I can't find anything that even says this has been mentioned on the site.

Like the manual says: modify the bridge file and (to switch on integration)

Edit the file include/init.inc.php. At the beginning of the file you will find the following lines...
