I would like to remove the delete feature from registered user

I searched over 30 pages but came up with a zero.

Our members post pictures using photo's uploaded into Coopermine and later delete them leaving holes in threads. Is there any way to remove the delete function from everyone but the true administrators?

Your profile says you use 1.2.x, and we don't support that anymore.  You need to upgrade to 1.3.3.

Coppermine gives full control to a picture's owner.  There is no setting to prevent this.  Have you searched the forums for such a mod/hack?
