Coppermine 1.4.1 + Postnuke 0.76 RC3 + pnCPG 2.5 = some issues! That is to say:

It works... but not the blocks (Random & Scroller)!  :(

1) You have to replace the "index.php" in Posnuke 0.760 RC3 with the same about 0.750!

2) You have to replace" cpg132" and "cpg11d" with "cpg140" in all they appeares in pnCPG's files!

3) The blocks however don't work... and this is my true problem 'cause i wish to have Random & Scroller!  :\'( That is to say: when  i try to add a new block, now they appeares as:

"Core/pncpg_random_coppermine_block" and "Core/pnCPG-Picture-Scroller"

...and when i try to submit I receive for example the message:

"The block type pncpg-scroller doesn't seem to exist. Please check corresponding blocks directory."  >:(

Please... HELP ME!  :\'(

Sorry, no support for cpg 1.4x. However, I will move this to the 1.4 bugs board for followup.

Sounds like it's all postnuke issues, nothing to do with Coppermine.

I would suggest he take this to the postnuke boards.

Ok, the problem is not between Coppermain 1.4.1 Beta and Postnuke 0.76 RC3 (by pnCPG 2.x)... BUT... between Posnuke 0.76 RC3 and pnCPG 2.x!!!
So... I think we have to update the pnCPG 2.x to the new version of Postnuke 0.76! So, about this update, I'm asking the help of this forum!  ;)

Thank you!!!  ;)

As mentioned before: no support for cpg1.4.x. In other words: don't use it if you need a functional page (i.e. you can't live without the features in your postnuke install). I'm sure a new version of pnCPG will come out once cpg1.4.x will be released as stable. Untill that time: go back to cpg1.3.2. Marking thread as "Invalid", as it's not a bug in cpg1.4.x - after all, you're using beta software on your own risk...

Repeat once again: the problem is NOT Coppermine 1.41 beta!
BUT... but the problem is between the new Postnuke 0.760 and pnCPG 2.x!!!
That is to say I've the same issue about blocks also if I use Coppermine 1.3.2!

Ok? :)

PS: In my humble opinion I think the right place about this thread is its original: "Support/pnCPG Support". ;)

The issue is still with Postnuke. The 0.760 is still a beta release which I am testing. I see no need to make adjustments untill i have a clear view on what is to happen with 0.760.
For now please stick with 0.750 which is trhe last stable release and also fully supported ny pnCPG.

andreatorre posted it in the correct place. I moved it to 1.4 bugs for review.

Joachim Müller

OK, let's move it back from cpg1.4 bugs to pnCPG then (did that).
