Gallery Remote 3 protocle support

Hello all,

I started a hack to give gallery remote 2 support[1] for Coppermine. For Gallery G2, the protocle will change. I wish a support of this protocle in Coppermine. For the moment, the gr3 protocle is still a draft[2], i think that is the good moment try an implementation to see what neet to be change.

If nobody allready start an implementation, I'm ok to do it.

I am not too huge a fan of G2 protocol - We are implementing a protocol similar to flickr - I hope it will be ready soon (read that as couple of days)
