I'm assuming it doesn't, but I am hoping that it does because I am so desperate for it!

If not, how long do we have to wait for 1.4?

At the moment I am manually sorting by spending hours resetting PID with phpMyAdmin

CPG 1.3.3 does not offer any new features. It is simply a maintenance release.
