upload "alert Document contains no data"

Hi guys,
  I realized that I am experiencing difficulty uploading the jpg files from my digital camera.  when I click on ontinue button in the upload page, I get an alert box saying "Document contains no data" somehow, if I use MS paint to open and save the jpg file, i can upload successfully. BTW i am using ver 1.3.2 Does anyone knows whats going on?

They are probably too big for your server to handle as they come.
