The upgrade procedure going from cpg 1.3.2 to 1.3.3 corrupted international characters which existed in photo comments.

For example, the following comments were posted using Czech iso-8859-2 character set and are now corrupt:

Old: Je to krásná
New: Je to krásná

The problem appears to be that the msg_body contents in the cpg132_comments database table have been altered improperly by the upgrade.

Unfortunately I didn't heed the advice to back up the database tables prior to upgrade, so I've now completely destroyed my gallery...very disappointing.
