Dynamically add description etc from file

Is there a way to dynamically add description from a file?
My problem is that i will batch add 4000 pics on my gallery and i can't even imagine me adding manually 4000 descriptions... Is there a way to use a file with the descriptions in it in order to add the descriptions to the files?
