Could not connect to smtp host : 10053

Hi Can anyone help me with this error i am getting.

I am running a windows server 2003 IIS php Mysql and coppermine and cant seem to send any emails from my site when you register.

i get the error "Could not connect to smtp host : 10053 : An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine"

Can anyone help me please.

I found the fault...Its todo with virus scanners stopping mass mailing programs (viruses)

So enable massmailing in your virus scanner.
