sorting in toprated album

If some pictures have the same number of votes and the same rating, the order can be different on the thumb page than in the displayimage. That problem was already reported on CPG 1.3.x

My suggestion: on line 1141 of functions.inc.php,

change

$META_ALBUM_SET ORDER BY pic_rating DESC, votes DESC $limit
into

Code Select Expand

$META_ALBUM_SET ORDER BY pic_rating DESC, votes DESC, pid DESC $limit
since pid is unique and then we're certain that the order will be the same.
