Can't logout or access Admin Mode

When I go to the coppermine gallery www.orderoflegends.com/gallery I am already logged in.  Selecting the "Logout" function I get the message "Bye bye..." but when I hit continue I am still logged in.  Same thing happens when I hit "Admin Mode," it goes to the screen saying "Entering Admin Mode," but when I select continue, I am still in user mode.  This only happens from my home computer, from work I can log in and log out fine as well as switch modes.  No error messages come up, these functions just don't appear to do anything.  I searched forums, but couldn't find a similar problem.
