change DB IP storage fields to accommodate IPv6 addresses
remove use of E_STRICT (PHP 8.4 deprecated)
update README to reflect new website
align code with new .com CPG website
correct deprecation in captcha

Before I switch to CPG 1.2.0, I would like to know if anybody has tried This hack from the old board on the new 1.2.0 Release. Or maybe do the Devs know if this still works ??
