simple HTML links

I jus wanted to add a few and simple links to other pages outside of CPG and I want them to be on everysingle page of the CPG like it is with the Search links, Top rated and so on. Anybody can tell me which document to edit and what changes to make to it. A start example will be much appreciated as I am not familiar with PHP but know HTML really well,
