Is there anyway to add a not before they post in an album?

What I am trying to do is prevent people from uploading into an album labels "Contests" but we have 5 contests going on and I don't know what pics are for what contests.  Is there a way to have a pop up note saying, please make sure your title has the contest you want this entered into?  Or something like this?  Or do I have to make 5 seperate albums, which I didn't really want to do.

just edit the properties of the albums you don't want visitors to upload to and the option to upload into them won't turn up. No special mod of pop-ups necessary. Just set "Visitors can upload files" to "no" for the particular album(s), no matter how they are named.
