Show / Hide FAQ Syntax

Could someone point me towards a complete listing of the Show / Hide syntax used for the FAQ in the lang/english.php file. It is somwhat confusing that the FAQ for editing personal albums is off by default when 'allow private albums' is slected in config.  I can get the FAQ to display by deleating 'allow_private_albums' or changing the 0 to a '1'  but I would rather understand and use the ability to show / hide diffrent FAQs. Are 'offline', 'allow_private_albums' and 'allow_registration' the only prameters?  Can there be multiple prameters for each FAQ?
