Some images not displaying???

So I've been running Coppermine on a client site for a while now, and every now and then, I run into a problem (that effects Windows users only) with an image that will cause all other images, INCLUDING images on all sites you visit, to disappear. The only way to correct the problem, is for the users to quit their browser, clear their cache and go back. But it's always the same picture that causes the problem.

Has ANYONE else had this problem??? I'd hate to have to switch to another gallery script, because I really like Coppermine.
