use coppermine in a commercial way ?

[dupont]

Hello,
I have visited  this website http://www.businessclubbing.com/image/ and I have discovered coppermine photo gallery, and I would like to know if it is allowed to use it in a commercial way like this website ?

Thanks for your answers.

Sincerely
