Users can create their own albums in main categories

i have coppermine installed on my website which is supposed to be a photoalbum for a group of friends.

some of us are based in location D and some in location I.
so there is category D and category I.

I want it so that users can create their own albums in any of the categories instead of the my gallery thing.

Not yet possible without making them full admins, sorry.
