The path to convert is incorrect.

Replace

Quote
"C:/Uniform3_1_1s/www/ImageMagickconvert" -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 100x58

with

Quote
"C:/Uniform3_1_1s/www/ImageMagick/convert" -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 100x58
