how to change order of albums ?

hello , we're using coppermine for our user's pic and have more than 700 albums .
On the index page , ive set up from the admin panel to have 15 albums / page meaning 3 rows , but the abums appear in the creation order ascending , how can i make them display the 15's most voted lets say ? Using album manager in the admin panel is not an option , coz  i cant click the arrow to make one album ho higher in the ranks 700 times in a row * 15 albums ... nor the topvot option , i wan to reorganize the album list display structure
