Thumbnail resize not working - warning

Thx for advise on admin utility to resize. Have changed thumbnail from 100 to 130 pixles. When I run admin utility, it does not seem to work - I get following message

albums/userpics/10001/thumb_LS02.jpg updated succesfully

Before you ask all directories in albums and user pics are chkmod 777

Any advise?
