Upload file : Album Dropdown.

I think many of you have noticed that when a user uploads a file he is brought to the screen where he/she is  asked to specify the category/album that they wish to upload their picture to, when the user clicks on the dropdown the categories/albums are arranged in an alphabetical order but does anyone know of any way to change this? So that it does not follow an aphabetical order and instead the way i have arranged the albums.

I have tried searching the forums, maybe im searching for the wrong strings but i haven't be able to find any topics on this, but i will keep on trying and if i find anything i will inform everyone.
