Soem users on my gallery are having a ton of trouble uploading pics.  One person kept getting errors about the file size being too big or the pixels being too big.  The other person was uploading and it was telling her 0 uploads successful or it would just hang on a white page.  The only 2 similarities with these 2 users are that they have a dialup connection and AOL.  Is this a common problem?

depends on client, connection speed, file size, file dimensions, server setup. In other words: impossible to tell without more info, but of course there's a limit for everything.
