Where's the general installation guide?

Forgive me is if this is the dumbest question you ever heard...but I can't find the installation guide anywhere! There are manuals to find all over the place but nothing in the way of a general installation guide. Where am I going wrong...?

Hey Joe,

When I first got CPG 1.1, it had a file called ReadMe.html in it (after you unzip it).  I suspect whichever version you're using has that (or something similar, readme.txt?) as well.  That will get you going (and help you work through install.php).

Thanks! I worked things out. Gee, I've gotten so used to running sql queries manually and editing config files that I didn't even think to run install.php. A few chmod's, a tweek or two and voila! Nice photo album!!
