If I'm not mistaken the yellow one is GauGau's personal gallery, and as far as I'm aware his theme is not available for download. The picture was to show that it could be customized to suit ones own needs.  I don't recognize the second gallery.

As donnoman already pointed out: the screenshot comes from my personal homepage. The theme I use there is not available for download, I won't give it away (although I'm flattered that you like it ). You're free to take a look at the stylesheet though and mimmick the colors on your page.

Gau how much would you sell it for? I won't be using your colors, just the layout.

I won't sell it nor give it away, as stated above. Get the colors by looking at the stylesheet of my site (the gallery itself is down due to reconstruction), or use an eyedropper tool.
