I downloaded CPG133.  I published the folder via MS' FrontPage.  After I published I was unable to modify the Includes and Albums folder per the instructions.  When I click on the Properties option I am not given an option to make any changes.  FWIW - I was able to use the install.php to go through the rest of the install.  I am just not able to upload pics.
