Install.php screen doesn't work

Hi, I'm new around here and having problems with the INSTALL.PHP screen.
I use XP with IIS and have PHP and MySql working fine. However, whatever I fill in in the INSTALL.PHP screen it won't accept anything.
It's probably something stupid I'm doing wrong.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Already found it on the board. By enabling LONG_ARRAY in PHP.INI it works fine.
