Can you explain me process if I want to configure script localy and ad all pictures and then upload all to server?

You'd need to copy the complete file structure and database from your local server to the web server and then modify include/config.inc.php. Same procedure as that for moving servers as already documented on these boards.

If you set up your local server with the same database information, you won't have to edit config.inc.php
