IGAMES theme(no upload file link)

I imagined that "upload file" would be in @ but all it says is javascript. What did I do wrong?

Well, having this before the <doctype> declaration:

and this after the closing </html> tag:

certainly isn't helping things.  What else have you modified in the theme?
