I've had Coppermine Photo Gallery (1.3.3) installed and working fine at  http://www.ravenmountain.com/stock_gallery . I decided to move Coppermine to the subdomain  http://stock.ravenmountain.com.  Once I did so, none of the images would display. I also noticed that none of the custome fields ("Master File Size", "Camera, Film, Filters") display either.  The file names of the photos would come up so I know Coppermine can see the files but no images will display.  I seem to be able to upload photos with no problem--I just can't view them.  I've tried MSIE, Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, and Netscape and the images do not display in any browser.  In Firefox, I can right click and "view Image" and it comes up fine.  Then when I go 'back' the image now displays in Coppermine.  But it seems random as somethimes the image displays and sometimes it doesn't.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

Well, you are redirecting the requests for the images to http://ravenmountain.com/copyright.htm which is not very helpful if you want them to be displayed. Adjust your hotlinking protection.

You moved your gallery - did you update your gallery's URL on the config page?

Config -> Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards

I did update the URL on the config page.  I'm still looking into the .htaccess. Thanks.

I disabled hot linking access but I still cannot see my photos.

It doesn't look like the hotlink access has been disabled. I can't view the images until I disable referer logging. That indicates that hotlink protection is in effect.

Shinumo

Interesting. ???

OK, now I have it disabled and I can see my images!! :o

However, now I have no hotlink protection! :(

Is there a way to enable hotlink protection and still be able to view my images in Coppermine?

Thanks!

Phil

Yes. You need to add your subdomain to the whitelist since it is seen as a different domain and thus it seems like it is hotlinking images.

Shinumo

Thanks for all your help!  Images are now displaying properly and I have hotlinking protection.  However, I'll have to start a new thread for some other problems.
