Hi, this is a fresh installation on my server. When i go to create or modify a category it takes me to this error page...


Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /archive/catmgr.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is there any variables i need to turn on or off on the server?? I understand its a server issue... so what do i do now? i need this solved ASAP!! some one please help...

Id be glad to hear all your answers to this.
