Question Regarding User Uploads

Do users have to create albulms in order to upload? If not how do i change it so they do not have to create albums in order to upload?

If that is confusing this is what i am trying to do.....

I want users to be able to upload an image(s) and i have to approve them before they show up, i try doing that now but in order for users to upload they have to create an album.

Pics go into albums. Therefore you either need to create albums for the users to upload into or allow users to have user galleries where they can create their own albums.

for the public albums you created and you want users to be able to upload to, go to the album properties and set "visitors can upload" to "yes". In the groups page, you have to allow uploads to public albums per group.
