The famous theme "2bornot2b" was originally designed by Dr. Tarique Sani for use on his personal page and as a proof-of-concept for table-independent coppermine layout for cpg1.3.x.
I modified the theme to make it work with cpg1.4.x, however I had some issues making the table-less concept work as expected, so I got rid of the floating divs and partly returned to "traditional" table-based layout, only mimicking the look of the original theme.
