cpg141b config using dutch language not expandable

Nice option that auto-language support of the new CPG 1.4.1.

Only problem I have after install a fresh 1.4.1 Beta, I ca'nt acces the settings in the config as the available options wil not expand in IE6.

There are even some errors showed in the dutch language as there are 'CategorieÃ"n' by the way.

These errors in the dutch language apear because IE is standard configured for a western european codec (ISO) instead of Unicode (UTF-8) if you change the codec to UTF-8 you'll see there are no errors anymore.

The config page - admin.php. Beta testers should however keep their entire installation up to date with CVS.
