Have you done any modifications to Coppermine?  If not, you probably have corrupted files.  Download 1.3.3 from this site again, and upload the files again.

When I click the link, my web-browser wants to download the php file. I would do as kegobeer suggested. Also, are you using a unix/linux server with PHP support? IT doensn't look like your web-server is processing the PHP file(s).

Before I could get some HTML output, now I get the same result as Omega.  It doesn't look like your server is parsing PHP at all.  Ask your webhost for support in this matter.
