Move Update/Create category To Top Of Page

Hey there. I have a gallery that features celebrities, which I update everyday. Much of the time I spend is making new categories which was fine in the beginning. But as the list grew on, it takes minutes just to add 1 category. I was wondering if there was a way to make the "Update/Create category" field moved to the top of the page so I won't have to wait for the entire list to load every single time, or maybe even on a seperate page. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me with this because it would be a HUGE time saver! Thanks for reading! a new category manager has been discussed for future versions. There is no easy hack to accomplish what you're requesting. That's why nobody answered: nobody has an easy solution for your issue.
