CPG1.3.3 - PHPBB Bridge - questions

1. When i bridged them the register button is missing, I want to make it back visible. So it opens the PHPBB register page (I want it to be open on a new page (_blank)
2. How to make the PROFILE openning on a new page?
3. How to convert the old coppermine users into PHPBB users..
