It's a nice looking site, but since you aren't using Coppermine I don't understand why you wanted feedback from us.

• site is very slow, probably because you're self-hosted
  
• Replacing the regular mouse cursor with a cross-hair cursor will only confuse users, resulting in loss of visitors.
  
• No "Powered by Coppermine"-tag => no support
