upload pictures not successful

It is possible to upload a picture but after filling in the picturetitle and desciption it apears the message

"The previous file could not be placed.
You have successfully placed all the files."

If i start a ftp-program  i find a the file "mHTTP_temp_40379c06.jpg". It is the uploaded file. It could'nt be moved to userpics.

Ich kann das Bild hochladen - aber nachdem der Bildtitel und die Beschreibung eingegeben wurde und auf "weiter" geklickt wurde erscheint die Fehlermeldung

"Die vorhergehende Datei konnte nicht gesetzt werden.

Alle Bilder wurden erfolgreich Alben zugeordnet. "

Wenn ich nun mit FTP auf den Server gehe, dann ist im Ordner der File da (Filename: "mHTTP_temp_40379c06.jpg") er wird nur irgendwie nicht und das userpics verzeichnis hinübergeschrieben.

Ensure that userpics is actually writable.

don't use cpg1.3.0, upgrade at least to cpg1.3.5 (the most recent stable version of the cpg1.3.x branch).
