Error Message: Impossible To Move?

Whenever anyone tries to upload pictures to my galleries it says:

0 uploads were successful.
The following uploads encountered errors:
Error Message
Impossible to Move

Also, when I go to the upload page, even before attempting an upload, it says on the top:

Warning: is_dir(): Stat failed for ./albums/edit/. (errno=13 - Permission denied)................. on line 432

Warning: filemtime(): Stat failed for ./albums/edit/. (errno=13 - Permission denied) ........... on line 440

Warning: unlink(./albums/edit/.): Permission denied.................on line 453

Warning: is_dir(): Stat failed for ./albums/edit/.. (errno=13 - Permission denied).................on line 432

Warning: filemtime(): Stat failed for ./albums/edit/.. (errno=13 - Permission denied) ....... on line 440

I found numerous posts with this problem, but they provided no info on how to fix it.

there are hundreds of posts that tell you what to do to fix this:
1) upgrade: you're not running the most recent stable version cpg1.3.3
2) Re-create the edit folder
3) CHMOD as suggested in the docs
