Uploading a 13.7 meg mpg file

I've followed all the suggestions I can find in the forum but am still stuck. I am trying to upload a 13.7 MB mpg video file and after trying to upload it, I get the message that 0 files were uploaded. I have set the maximum upload filesize to 14500 KB (roughly 14.2 megabytes).
I have created a test user and a test album and switched on the debugging mode so if anyone would like to give it a shot and let me know what I'm doing wrong I'd appreciate it!

As admin you should be using batch adding. Your server might not be able to handle processing the upload unless you can make changes to the server setting that governs that.
