cache n cookies

well im having a problem with my site
every time I enter the site, it gives me the old pictures and old data, everytime I have to refresh and sometimes CTRL+F5 and it won't even work
is there any fix for this to make it like the forum or something so I won't have to reload every single time to get the new pics/data

It's a matter of setting up your browser properly, nothing to do with Coppermine.
