Drop down menu in upload/edit pics pages

I´m wondering that to cause it would be really helpful with a dropdown menu where members can choose som standard options.

I have this mod now and it works a treat, but it is not functional with v1.4.x  :-(    I will talk to the creator and see if it is possible to upgrade the mod.
